How to Prepare
Set yourself up for success by wearing comfortable, flexible clothing that allows full range of motion. If you have a favorite mat, feel free to bring it, though we provide everything you need. Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class, and consider bringing socks for certain exercises. During Class
Your first class will be challenging—and that’s okay. Nearly no one makes it through every set or holds every position right away. Progress comes through repetition, technical awareness, and improved proprioception, all of which develop with each session. 💡 Pro Tip for Faster Progress: Set up your phone and film your sets during class. Reviewing your movement at home helps reinforce technique, correct mistakes, and accelerate improvement.
